Why is it a good idea to buy off plan in Dubai?
Since the freehold property market real took off in Dubai, there can be no denying that the most lucrative property investments here have come in the form of off plan property developments, as those who bought into projects like the Palm Jumeirah early can attest. Off plan property bought direct is often priced well below other similar property on the secondary market, and therefore offers those who get in early the opportunity to obtain large premiums on their property at a later date. And in such important and well publicized areas, property prices look only to shoot upwards.
